Versatility built into the
cart makes it possible for you to order the cart as
standard configurations or build your own cart. You can
place conduit benders up to 1" in size in the two
holders provided. The built-in tray between the wheels
is for your fish tape and wire lube storage. Because the
base plate is pre-punched, mounting an extension base
plate is easy. Simplicity of our cart is evident by the
ease of removing racks. Reels are easily changed by
placing the rack on its side, removing the hitch pin and
shaft, roll-in desired new spool. Adjust rack tilt with
one hand while inserting shaft through spool. When using
our RTL rack (16" to 20" diameter spools),
load spool onto rack same as smaller spools. With the
spool still on its disks on the floor, tilt cart forward
over end of extension base (EBP), above rack legs, and
engage cart to rack. Use cart handle to upright cart
with rack. Unload rack with spool at pull location in
reverse order to use cart for more racks or other
duties. Field mounting of the accessory material tool
boxes (MTB & MTX) is easy with the pre-dimpled screw
locations. All patented SmartCarts® have removable and
interchangeable racks. Our standard SmartCarts® are
46"H x 18"W x 19"D and the Heavy Duty (HD)
carts are 46"H x 19"W x 20"D.
