TIPS

Our SmartCart® gives you all of the options to customize carts to your needs when using any of our accessories. Whether it is a 2 wheel cart or 4 wheel cart you can interchange any size rack on our SmartCart® to fit your job specific requirements.

Our TriCart includes five shafts. Two shafts are made out of 3/4" EMT with both ends crushed flat. Three additional shafts are 1/2" solid steel that has been machined flattened on both sides at each end to be 1/4" thick. Each shaft will hold one 16" wide reel. Below are examples of the many different uses for the TriCart. In total this is a very versatile piece of equipment.

TRI
This is our basic Tri Cart with one shaft. It holds one 24” max. diameter reel x 16” wide. We rate the cart nominal capacity 250 lbs. The shaft to hold the reel is made out of ľ” EMT with both ends crushed flat. ________________________________________________

TRI
With the two shafts, both made out of ľ” EMT in the top and bottom positions of the 3 positions available. It will handle 2 12” diameter reels x 16” wide.

With the three ˝” solid steel shafts machined flattened on both sides at both ends to be Ľ” thick. These will hold the conventional 500 ft. coils of THHN 6” diameter to a max. width of 16 “ on all 3 shafts. This would allow it to handle approximately 6 10 ga. conductors OR 9 12 ga. conductors OR 12 14 ga. conductors of THHN reels.
