These pictures are  3 separate views of our 4-Wheel Half SmartCart® that has been adapted to make room for 24 Thermocouple leads on each of the 2 sides. 

We have the wireguides in each side to tag and identify each lead following to the upper roller going through a footage counter followed by a  banding area, and, finally, to the coil rewind. 

The footage counter slides from side to side with a couple of bolts loosened and retightened, while the wire rewind rotates on a centerline pivot.  Each half of this cart will handle 24 differently insulated Thermocouple leads.

When not in service, the coil rewind hinges up over the cart and the support arm hinges to the back.  This makes for a minimum footprint.

When our customer ordered this 4-Wheel Half SmartCart®, he ended his rolling chain down the warehouse isle. This cart utilizes 6 different chains for overhead valve operation.  after 1 year's use of the cart, they ordered a second for their west coast distribution warehouse.

This 4-Wheel SmartCart® was arranged to accommodate 32 16" dia x 9" wide reels for a harness building operation.  This was set up upon our personal delivery and cleared a large pile of reels from the floor.  This has made the operator's work very easy to change cable's for length-cutting and connector applications.  Our SmartCart® allowed the operator to change from one conductor to the next in substantially reduced  time.
